Please do contact us for any returns at ykkmys_ssales@ykk.com.my within 30 days from the date of receipt of the purchase.

Once we receive your email, we will get in touch with you as soon as we are able to.

If we accept your return, we will, at our sole discretion, either:

(a)       Refund to you in the form of store credit; or

(b)       Replacement provided that the products are either defective or damaged.  Please note that depending on where the products are to be shipped, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
